I was so tired today. I haven’t gotten used to working Monday nights, but now luckily I don’t have to because last night was our last Monday night event.
I searched YouTube wanting something completely new. I missed the last class at a studio, but I was glad. This video I found is actually a part of a 30 day challenge. I did day 1. What a breath of fresh air. Remember when I thought yoga would be mostly stretching? It finally kind of was. This class did a lot of hip openers- which I’ve mentioned are great for my IT band. My favorite was the “double pigeon” which I had never done before. I felt the stretch do wonders.
