30 Days of Yoga. Day 18

Core Power 1.5 @ Core Power Yoga

I had the same teacher as the class from a couple days ago, who I didn’t care much for. I think his name is Brian. The class went well, there was maybe 8 of us in there. I feel like I don’t have much to say about this class. Since the teachers always say “feel free to ask questions at the front desk,” I decided this time I would.

I hadn’t been in a class that did “warrior 1” and I wasn’t sure if I was doing it right. I went up to the teacher at the desk after class and he seemed really weird-ed out by my question. I just wanted to make sure I was doing it right. I also wanted to push myself into asking a question, any question. Even at day 18 I feel weird asking for help, or asking questions. I don’t really know yoga etiquette and some of the teachers don’t seem sincere when they say to come up to them after class – mostly because they all sit glued to their phones after class or chatting with other teachers. Either way, I’m glad I made an effort to ask. My body is feeling tired, but good.
